Mac Anderson of Simple Truths has a website with lots of brilliant inspirational books. From personal experience the company certainly "walk their talk" on customer service - my book "Dancing in the Rain" arrived way ahead of schedule from the US and the staff made it easy to order from overseas.

When something goes wrong, most people merely want to be heard and acknowledged. So listen, apologize, then ask what you can do to make it right.
